Performs a variety of infrastructure maintenance tasks on products such as integrated systems and subsystems at customer and/or field sites. Analyzes and evaluates products related to performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults to eliminate issues in no time. Install, update and remove products ensuring mechanical changes. Maintains effective communications and relationships with customers. You can provide onsite training for your customer support team.

- Performs configuration checks for all communication cables and transports for CMSFS \ t
- Focal point for any/all questions related to authorized access to the CMAFS bellows. maintain access list, record all information in master station log file, alarm/disarm and keep combinations \ t
- Solve project installation and maintenance problems using sketches, drawings, design instructions, diagrams, and technical orders. \ t
- Follow design installation and maintenance actions and repair procedures. \ t
- Perform a system test to assess cable capacity and service \ t
- Coordinate roles with usage activities \ t
- Install, inspect and evaluate cable installation and maintenance activities. \ t
- Evaluate inspection reports and analyze investigation and test results. \ t
- Civil Engineer work permit application process. locate signals and record underground communication cables \ t
- Operation and maintenance of special tools, test equipment, auxiliary equipment and special vehicles \ t
